Iron Sharpens Iron

Our three-tier currency system tracks spiritual growth through Crucible Credits (foundation), Talent Tokens (time investment), and Kingdom Coins (discipleship multiplication). Through our tracking app, we measure what matters while maintaining focus on genuine transformation in Christ.

The coins are stored in a secure vault that only you and your discipler can see. The Coins are only meant for accountability and to celebrate achievement.

⚖️ Critical Balance

✓ DO:

  • Track spiritual disciplines for accountability
  • Celebrate growth and consistency
  • Use points to identify advancement readiness
  • Make check-ins easy and regular
  • Tie points to real spiritual growth

✗ DON'T:

  • Make it performance-based Christianity
  • Create pride/competition over grace
  • Punish for low scores
  • Make it complicated or burdensome
  • Let gamification replace genuine relationship
